Day 7 - St. Lucia and a Catamaran trip around the Pitons

All 15 of us got on a catamaran to sail around the island of St. Lucia.  Well, that is after Nic finally found his way onto the boat!  He left the main group to go back and help Grandpa Clark with the long walk.  Somehow we crossed paths, and when he couldn't find Grandpa, Grandma, Lyle, or I, he tried to find the catamaran but had no idea where it was docked or who the company was that we were sailing with.  Steff had his wallet, and he had left his phone on the ship.  He ran back and forth receiving bad advice and information from several islanders.  Finally he heard Steff calling him as she, Tanner, and Ryan were out searching for him.

It was nice, peaceful sailing on a beautiful, sunny day!  After sailing for a few hours we stopped to enjoy a hike through the Diamond Botanical Gardens to a waterfall.  Then we enjoyed a very authentic St. Lucian lunch at the most quaint little restaurant.  Back on the boat... more relaxation, snorkeling, and buying conch shells from the sailing vendors.
