Little witches come so cute these days!

This adorable little witch showed up on our doorstep this morning to trick or treat. She just could not be any cuter! We had a fun visit with Matt & Kate & Averi today. Thanks!

A one-touch goal!

Sean's tournament goal versus Shenandoah. One of the prettiest goals I've ever seen.... probably especially since he has been out of play for seven weeks this season! It was a sweet thing!

Osmonds with the Clarks

Lyle found out the Osmond brothers were coming to Zanesville to perform a concert. He decided to email them and invite them to come to our ward and present a fireside that same evening. They accepted and seemed genuinely excited to be here. We had about 500 people attend the fireside at the church. Lyle and I were both impressed with their friendliness, their wit, their down-to-earth style. They really were great. I got to accompany them! And, Lyle is on Jaye's speed dial! You just have to know that we have rubbed shoulders with the famous!

Sean must be the threat they always feel the need to take out!

I really debated posting this because it is so sad for us, but you need to see the size of this knee! Actually the cause of the knee swelling is an opponent's knee to Sean's thigh. It was an incredibly hard hit that happened early in the Tri Valley game last night. Sean played the whole game with a little limping going on. I didn't even know that his knee was swollen until he was getting ready to get in the hot tub last night around midnight. Then after I saw it, I told him he couldn't hot tub - it needed ice! He's tough, but I think he won't be playing the next couple of non-league games. He has to be ready for tournaments next week!

He's Back!

Sean got clearance from the doctor today and played most of the game tonight against Morgan. The first half he played up in midfield and almost had two goals. The second half he played left fullback. He played a great game! The coach is sure happy to have him back. Needless to say, Sean is extremely excited and so are his parents. It is so much more fun to go to games and watch him play and not just stand on the sidelines.
